    that's brilliant 1st class buy that's got tobe rare complete.would love it but to much to ship to UK.

    Hi Dean.

    You have, what appears to be a complete field surgeons operating set complete with bone saws, spreaders, probes etc.

    Apparently the manufacturers "Chiron" are still in business as surgical instrument manufacturers.

    My wife reckons that if you were to contact them, they may be able to give you more info about it using the serial number, (11660), on the instrument listing on the lid.

    Congrats on the pick-up and, unfortunately, like Harry in post #2, it would prove extortionate to ship to me in the UK, much as I would love to have it!

    Thank you!! Again it is too bad you are so far away, this weighs a LOT!!! And as I mentioned, I don't collect German, I am sure it will find a good home at some point.

    Any Idea what something like this is worth? I have no idea.
