I Picked this up today, along with bags and boxes of other Military items, again I do not collect WW2 German items, but it was there. I am sure I can sell or trade it.

Hi Dean.

You have, what appears to be a complete field surgeons operating set complete with bone saws, spreaders, probes etc.

Apparently the manufacturers "Chiron" are still in business as surgical instrument manufacturers.

My wife reckons that if you were to contact them, they may be able to give you more info about it using the serial number, (11660), on the instrument listing on the lid.

Congrats on the pick-up and, unfortunately, like Harry in post #2, it would prove extortionate to ship to me in the UK, much as I would love to have it!
