Looks original to me but why the truly awful pics? Better pics flat down on a table by soft window light would be nice and help viewers pass judgement on the item.

It is from Mr. he had at home since 1945, and the magazine is labeled MP44 FXO
These photos are completely different. I thought it was that horrid green! Poor photos can give a wrong impression.
