    This came off of a Bicycle? Where did it go? On a front fender? And, was it made for Export? It has "Germany" stamped on it-very unusual! William

    Front fender..... Germany" simply means it was/could be, for the export market....it will be a "Generic" base, that the maker will fit a variety of emblems to, this one just happens to have a "RAD" symbol on it. This info on germany came from Oradour (Steve) on my pre buy post.

    When I first read the title of the thread, I thought it would be
    the little plaque that goes up front on the frame.
