Default Mystery Canvas Sack Finally Identified!!!

I had started a thread last month with pictures of a tan, canvas bag ordnance marked "fuq 1943" in the effort of having someone help me to identify what it may have been used for. 139 views later, no one could identify the sack. Well, I put the sack on eBay starting at $40. It was listed for one week and no bids. In the last 5 seconds, it sold for $40. I asked the buyer if he knew what type of sack it was. Mystery solved! This bag was used in armored vehicles to catch spent machine gun shells! Just thought I'd repost this in case anyone else was curious about this original thread.Click image for larger version.
