    Hi,

Got this LP42 flare pistol home to my collection today.

Unfortunately, it has been sanded a little.
...still I think it looks okay.

The other flare gun on the pictures, is my Walther M34 Zinc.
This flare gun has both the military proof stamp (WaA 359 for Walther) and the Eagle C stamp for police acceptance.
    ...and grips are wood.

Perhaps the best thing in my collection.

    Regards

Very nice indeed! In Germany You need a licence to own a live LP but not for example in Austria.

Old flare guns like these, you can have on what is called collector's permission(on danish - samlertilladelse).
...you can only collect them, not carry them and not buy ammo.

The LP42 is on collector's permission.

The Walther M34 I have on a real weapons permission - that meams, I can Buy, possess, carry, and use my M34.
...(on danish - våbentilladelse: til at erhverve, besidde, bære og anvende.

    The permission is for sailing.

    Regards
