officer jackboots

i recently picked up these jackboots i believe to be officers private purchase , the soles are wooden pegged and the heals have what i can only describe as a steel horseshoe fitted ,no maker marks what so ever ,the leather could probably do with some nourishing as they are quite stiff as you can see the internal pull ups are frayed and incomplete on one boot
