Red face OT? Maybe a German Military Whistle?

    Or, maybe not...

Well, I picked it up as it was an oddball. I have a small collection of WW1 whistles and when I saw this one it drew my attention.

The eagle is a bit reminiscent of the Luftwaffe Eagle, but no swastika that I can see, just half a globe with the letters BS (yup..., I know...). When I cleaned it, I found it was stamped GERMANY on the bottom.

The metal is non-magnetic and 'soft' feeling, almost like a pewter??

Thanks! And any and all thoughts appreciated!

It does, doesn't it!! I went to Yingling.... so I don't remeber...

No..., no it doesn't, at least not now. Had to go and look. The B-Bird is flying to the left. Maybe it is the 'Original' B-Bird!
