Please help me identify this!

Hi guys,I found this strange tool,can someone tell me what it is? I presume that is from german army,because the little fork fits perfectly to the handle screws from a K98 bayonet.The knife has a locking system,a steel pin slides,and locks the blade. The wrench key is exactly 1 inch in opening (or 25mm for the metric system users) Length is 12.5 cm with the main blade closed,23.5cm open.The opening in the end of the handle is 19mm wide. I found no markings,no serial numbers at all.If someone from you saw something similar please tell me,i'm very intrigued by this object Thanks
