    Default Pocketwatch I.D.

Hi all, picked up an old pocketwatch at a junk fair marked D922 on the back of the snap-on case, and marked antimagnetic and D922 on the movement. The white dial is ceramic I think with the small seconds dial at the usual 6o' clock position. There is no maker's mark except swiss made at the bottom of the dial. Strange thing is the crown for winding it up is at the 3 o' clock position and just below it is a brass cylindrical knob which slides about quarter of an inch to and fro acting as a stopwatch for seconds dial. Anyone any info. on it? E.g. is it a military watch?
    Many thanks, Roland.
