Polizei black cartouche for handcuffs.
Picked this up from a local Vet's family, along with a cased Gold wound badge, and a Coastal Artillery embroidered breast eagle. Near mint, save the crease and tear on rear side of flap. It is maker marked Fischer and dated 1939.These are just a few quick pics, i can add more soon.
This looks to be original. Contrary to popular belief they were only used for ceremony though. The majority were made out of synthetic leather, while the others were made from natural leather. More pics please.

Looks like hard to find police dress cartidge box probably marked some where on inside or back usually some I have seen have the police PO property mark inside flap. Looks ok nice find. timothy
