During year 44 is decided of got back all that he(it) is possible cloth zeltbahn. it is for that that on models 44 of the numerous collars(passes) and borders are made with another cam.

The quality of the impressions appeared in 1944 as well as the employment(of cotton poorer contrived tissue.

We re-know him by the bottom tres clear, his quality of fabric tissue very average, spots of impressions badly and pure use of buttons in metal, bakelite wood and boiled cardboard.

    Hey Kurtzmann,
I never knew just how complex the development of the Zeltplane was!
I have two - I'm going to look at them more closely now to see where they fit in to production.
Thankyou so much for a great explanation.

    Cheers from Australia,
    Dan

    Hello,
Even if some infos are wrong, thank you for this initiative.
Glad to see other collectors interested in this great piece of german fieldgear.
I did buy my first Zeltbahn when i was 14 years old and i still own it. Now my shelves are full of them...
    Thanks
