Hi, I`ve got these two items, should be taken from a German sub in 45 here in Denmark, they are both in quite good condition and was quite expensive, but I could use more info especially about the sextant. I`ve found out that it also was used by bigger planes.

I like the sextant, but shouldn't the bino's have rubber coatings, if they were recovered from a U-boat? They are, in any case, a fine set of Leitz made KM cold weather 7x50's. Are their optics clear? And do they have their case?

I d`nt know much about these things, the bino is clear, unfortuntly the case was not there, it seems to be correlated about the occulars?.
The sextant is number matching with the box and gtl should be the code for C.PLATH.
