Silver LW spoon original or not?

Hi guys,

A friend of mine found this silver LW spoon in the surroundings of Maastricht with his metaldetector and gave it to me because I collect relic's that are found in my region. I cleaned the spoon and showed it to some people on various forums and some people say it's a good one, other's say it's not a good one. What are your opinions?

date & swas are stamped to heavy

I have never seen a bird like this. Does not match the print on my luftwaffe mess cup. I am not a fan of it
