Looks like a genuine 'Groma' Model T portable typewriter by G.F. Grosser of Markersdorf, (hence GRO sser,MA rkersdorf=GROMA). The left hand ribbon bobbin has some damage, but otherwise it appears in good condition. I have no idea of the value though.

Original, of course, and in it's original case. Value? I wouldn't think over $450 give or take abit.(The broken spool detracts abit, but can be replaced)

Just had a quick mooch around the web, these are price estimated at anything between 700-850 Euro's on several continental auction sites. One on Gunbroker went for just over 1000 bucks recently yet another on Ebay only made $350 a couple of years back. So the value is subjective I guess, but if you get two people in the same room who want it...Who knows?

350 to 450 is what I've encountered multiple times. You have to ask yourself how many people want this in their collection. Remember, dealer can ask whatever they want and sometimes auction can become an ego contest.
