Purchased last year (minus pegs) for 40 bucks. Hard to make out the Rb Number. My question is what do I need to complete this item? I have a Zelt line and two pegs. How many poles do I need? Did it hold any other items?

It looks line you have a shorter version.... otherwise I would say a tentpole (Zeltstock 01)
Could you measure the length of the pouch when closed ?? If it's 37 cm (or more) it could contain the tentpole as well......
btw, if you need a black rope (Zeltleine like mentioned in the H.Dv. 205/1 for the Zelt) I have a few left........

Just about 14.5 inches so that means about 37 cm. NH
