Just looks like an old thermos flask to me? Nothing military as far as I can see?

    Cheers, Ade.

My Uncle has the same one, or similar at that. He bought it a long time ago at some store.

I suspected because of the D.R.W.Z. letters. I thought that it could be Deutsches Reich... But yesterday I accidentally discovered that D.R.W.Z. means Deutsche Raiffeisen-Warenzentrale, which is founded in 1948. I just can't figure out what Raiffeisen-Warenzentrale means.

I have a dated 1941 harmonica stamped DRWZ, that were sent out to front line troops.

The DRWZ is just an organisation that businesses join. I would imagine similar to "The Guild of Mastercraftsmen" etc etc.... Its been around a long time.

Its not a military item but a nice little flask ;0
