Hello,I have had this some time.
it is missing it`s buttons and the ring at the top exterior, but I managed to buy a belt hook for the bottom seperately and it does have a mess kit pouch which is nice.
For some reason one of the straps is reversed.
In case anyone can shed any light on the inscribed naming and address I would be thrilled to hear from you.
Whether during it`s service use or postwar.
    Thanks so much for viewing.
I would love to hear any comments.

    Thanks Rene,
I will try to read and look up the numbers in hope of a matching Feldpost.
I thought maybe this inscription was made by a post war owner
I have enjoyed viewing your camouflage collection by the way!
    Many thanks

    Hi Kateri,

Looks like a nice original fur pack. The name appears to be Rolf? Try changing the image to black and white in your settings as this may help to work out the name.

What I can read is Rolf Rolke
    Lunenberg rhld feldstr 26
Please accept my apologies for choosing French instead of German in High School.
I'm hoping Bavarian or Potatodigger can help with this. It looks like a post-war address?
