    Not sure exactly of it's purpose but it's something to do with Klemm Leichtflugzeugbau GmbH.

    A simple Google search showed a listing for this kind of item. Sattler is the term for someone who repairs saddles and riding gear. In this case, it is a tool box for an aircraft seat repair technician. I assume German aircraft had leather covered seats. So this box would have contained the kinds of tools associated with leather and upholstery repair. With a little more digging you may find the content or Inhalts document. NH
