Unkown Armorers Tool ? What is it?

Article about: This is what I think is some a kind Armorers tool. What is it and what would it be used for? A friend of mine picked it up today with some medals. Any informaton would be appreciated. Thanks

    I did a little reserch and it not WWII. It is a bearing scraper and made by Buffum Tool Co. and the swastika it there company trade mark.
