    Hi guys

One of my latest acquisitions: the "Sanitätstasche für berittene Sanitätsmannschaften" (medic pouch for cavalry)

The pouch is complete with contents !! and coincidently I found the lower strap with a member here (Thanks Gary !!!!) who was kind enough to trade it with me.

As you can imagine I was very exited to find the strap !!

Here a picture I found on the internet, which shows the set

and here a picture of my dny 1944 set :

Anyway, it is very difficult to find information about the pouch.... The only info i found was in the book "Das Sanitätsgerät des Feldheeres"

So if you have more info on this pouch: please come forward

Does anybody know where on the saddle this was worn ?? my guess would be : back on the saddle (on the right side) in combination with the M34 saddle bags

As for the contents: luckily these are (almost) the same as on normal Sani pouches except for the Kombinierte Preßstücke, there are 2 of them in stead of one

here some pics of the contents

btw, the carrying strap for over the shoulder also is on its way
