    Default Wehrmacht oiler

Found in central Poland, in the area of operation of the Gen. Nehring's group (January 1945). I have not seen such an example before. Some sources say that was dedicated to the MG42, but it's size does not fit to the standard MG ammo box (and despite the fact that standard MG oilers were quite different)

Therefore, I suppose that it was dedicated rather to Wehrmacht vehicles. Has anybody seen similar item?
The only marking is GLIZERINE MISCHUNG (Glycerin mixture).

I have managed to unscrew the cap. Just for showing the idea of the oiler, please find attached photos of the "universal oiler patent". Very smart and practical.
