    My gut feeling is that these are just ordinary old potato knives, marked post-war to increase value.

    Another observation: I must admit that I have absolutely no idea whether such low-price, generic kitchen implements were property-marked at all, but if they were, I would assume the markings to be something more specific than "Wehrmacht", which simply means "armed forces".

    I have a wooden soldiers comb and it has more markings!!!!

    I think someone is just marking common eastern European knives trying to pass thrm off as having dome connection to WW2 German feild kitchens....

    Who knows, somebody who knows about feild kitchens may shed some light on this, I have seen many reenactment groups with them
