It's a large commercial camera lens from the 1960's/70's.

Any makers name to it (them) - like 'Asahi Pentax' ?
I have an Asahi Pentax 'Spotmatic' camera from
this era, which uses 'screw-in' lenses.

The company name will either be on the lens
cap, on the top of the case, or somewhere
near the larger end of the lens itself.
