    It is a rare item - a Blinkgerät. NH

    You can find more info at techmili.com It was an optical communications device using light to send Morse code signals. They came in three sizes - Klein, Mittel and Groß. They were identified by size as K-Blink, M-Blink and G-Blink. NH

    A shame as it, no doubt, takes oddball size obsolete batteries to run it-we may never know if it Works!

    We don't offer appraisal service. Usually, we recommend a general search on sites to see who is selling something similar for a ballpark figure. In this case, I doubt you will find any of these for sale anywhere on the planet! If it works, it will have more value. You would need to consult a manual to figure out how it was powered. Non-working example will draw less value. I cannot even hazard a guess so I am urging others to offer some feedback. Maybe Damien from Jersey? NH

    I will tell him .He writes that he found it in an basement of old house.Maybe it was there all that years after war.Doubt that it is working.Or if he can make it work.But who knows.
