    Default WW2 German marching boots

Just got these marching boots in. Looks like they are private purchase high shaft lined marschstiefel with very little use. Good thing they dont fit me or i would be tempted to take them for a spin.
    Any opinions welcome.

Don't go tap dancing on a cobbled street!...

    Nice boots!...
It's a wasted trip baby. Nobody said nothing about locking horns with no Tigers.

I could have done with them 40 years ago when I wore this German uniform I obtained when I was stationed in Dortmund. Badged to the 116th Infantry Regiment.

Nice uniform Harry. If it gets lonely the boots will be waiting here for it!!

    Hello,
To be honest, i'm not a big fan of these boots.
I wouldn't be surprised if they were postwar produced.
    Thanks

Nancy Sinatra would probably have had something to say about your boots!

    Hello JP
Nothing much would surprise me in this business anymore!!
Is there a point in the construction or something that stands out to you.
I can say they seem good to me in hand, and the leather of the uppers are rather brittle so they are not new construction for sure. I am not aware of anything that would indicate post war but i have been wrong before!!
