No problems at all-a genuine German wartime era carbide railroad lamp. These come up once in awhile and usually are reasonably priced when you do see them. The condition problems with yours Do affect the value considerably, however. The green glass is a simple thing to replace, but the repair to the tank along with the heavy flake rust is not good.

Thank guys, I only have 80 bucks in it, so I’ll get a piece of green glass cut, and put it in the corner.

To tell you the truth I like it just as is.
Slam some glass unoriginal in it and it wont have the same feel IMO.
You could do the same with a Pilsner green beer bottle on it and have the same effect to those who dont know better.
