I'm pretty sure the aluminum flask itself is WW2 with an INT42 and SA in a square on it but not so sure about the cover? Do all Finnish WW2 covers have the leather strap? This one seems to have lacing like I've seen on some confirmed WW2 canteens. What do you think? Thanks!

After 1942 Finns started to make field-flask with lacing / canvas strap.
It is meant to be attached to Finnish bread bag by the hook and canvas strap though leather tag in bread bag. Like in german m/31 bread bag.
Single canvas strap was cheaper and simpler to make than circumforaneous leather strap.

Funny thing, now that I started to think, I think I have never seen 1944 made Finnish field flask.
