BRD 57er Ribbon bar......

Gents, I show a German veterans 1957 ribbon bar, which includes two Finnish awards.
It displays both Iron Cross first and second class, Wound badge in Silver, Panzer Assault badge and Finnish medals of Liberty first and second class....can anyone give the history of these two medals and what the full size versions look like.
