What do you mean by a '1918' version? '1918' stamped on the medal?

As far as I understand the date codes are sequential. For a medal made in Finland, Q7 is a postwar manufacturing date.

I checked the Swedish date codes and if your award was made in Sweden then Q7 is the Swedish date code for 1918. What makers marks and hallmarks are stamped on it?

    Can you post some pics?
