Upper text is maybe name of the owner, hard to say because its so confused.
but below is "KAUHAVA", its famous province in finland, because from that district came very famous
finnish troops in winter war.
Usually it is not the name of the owner but name of the producer. Puukos were often made by local small producers or just blacksmiths.

I think the owner was from Kauhava, because Kauhava is in western Finland and there was no battles during the winter war.
