Thanks mate. But who used this flag. I can figure out it must be some kind of a DNSAP flag, but since it carries the number twelve this must have som sort of reference to something. Also i never seen this flag before.

Wow, what a great find! Thanks a lot for sharing it! A very interesting flag and in a condition as good and complete as one could actually only dream about. I've never seen one before either but I'd definately love to learn more about these now that I saw this one.
