    Default Germans Veterans Flag

I was moving some stuff around and pulled this out of the closet . I have been told it is a flag banner for a German Veterans Association. It is about 4' by 4' and someone cut the top off of it but it still looks good. Gary

For all of you, here the official statement regarding your flag of German Reichskriegerbund or later NS-Reichskriegerbund. Maybe somebody can translate it.

    [1935 Parole-Buch Nr.44 vom 3.November 1935]
Ausführungsbestimmungen: a)Bundesfahne.

I like it too Gary, very cool. I'm gonna go move my stuff around and see if one of those flags pops out. I don't think it will, but it's worth a try.

    Take care,
    Jay

Hi Gary, I think I see some little kids feet off to the side there! Any trouble keeping the lad off your treasure? When he's 16 he'll have this hanging in his room just to annoy his parents. cheers, rick

The German text simply describes the design, colors and arrangement of the symbols (swastika and Iron Cross) on the flag as directed by the Fuhrer and Reichs Chancellor. Strictly pro forma...
