NSDAP flag

Just bought this flag it is 70 by 71 cm dont know how mutch it is in inches
thr coulors are mutch brighter onthese pics because of the flash
There are also some sort of stamps on the behind side

Looks like a nice flag,to convert to inches,multiply by .4,this will come out to 28 inches.

they use to hang it out of their windows so i have heard
I wonder if any one can help me and tel me more about it.

I think you are correct. More of a wall drape than a true flag.
