North Vietnamese Flags

Hey guys,

I found these three flags for sale. Two are NVA and one is Viet Cong. What do you guys think?

What is the fabric they are made of?

Odds are, if they are synthetic, they are fakes. Not necessarily, but odds are.

Most of these flags were made from fabric sent in from the PRC, or the SU, and at that time synthetic fabrics were very new, even in the west, so I doubt that real NVA/VC flags would have been made from synthetic fabric.

Now, if they are cotton, hmmm, better chance they are real.

All of the ones I ever saw were inexpensive cotton.
