The first one says something like Football Federation of Brazil (Federatsiya Futbola Braziliya)
Not sure what the second is (Suzdal).

Thanks for the help with the first one, never would of guessed that the Football Federation of Brazil had any influence in the USSR.

The CBF is The Brazilian Football Confederation (Portuguese: ConfederaĆ§Ć£o Brasileira de Futebol).

The second one is for the town of Suzdal. That is the towns coat-of-arms.

"Suzdal (Russian: Су́здаль) is a town in Vladimir Oblast, Russia, situated northeast of Moscow, 26 kilometers (16 mi) from the city of Vladimir, on the Kamenka River. Population: 10,535 (2010 Census preliminary results);[1] 11,357 (2002 Census);[2] 12,063 (1989 Census).[4]"

See Wikipedia: Suzdal - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia for information.
