Hello Al,
It looks like a state service flag rather than one for the Kriegsmarine unless you can picture the stamp that is on the white bit on the edge.
It should have an M mark below an eagle if it is Kriegsmarine.

It may be worth your while becoming a fully paid up member if you want to advertise your auction house as people are reluctant to click on outside links because of the virus threat

The flag as Doug has correctly pointed out, to be KM issue would be marked with a Eagle and M stamp.

The flags correct name is " Reichsdienstflagge ".

May just be me Al, but I don't see a Kriegsmarine stamp anywhere in amongst that ink.
It looks like a standar party stamp and the lettering 'Sehlin'

You would normally find something like ReichsDienstFahne, RDFahne or RDF (ie the description of the flag)plus a couple of sizes like 180X140 (the size of the flag in cm) plus possibly a makers mark...............but not always!!!!
