I love this site because there is a lot of knowledge out there to help authenticate various items. Hopefully y'all can help me on my next item.

This banner is huge! I cannot even take a full photo of it unless I take it outside which won't happen today because it is -6 degrees Fahrenheit right now! The banner measures 121cm X 275cm or 47 5/8" X 108 3/8". The pole end to hand the banner has a pocket of 9cm or 3 1/2" and the end seam is 1.3cm or 1/2". The swastika is on both sides so if this was hanging in the center of a room, it would appear correct from either side. The stitching for the swastika is white and the stitching on the ends is red. I know the stitching on the ends look white but believe me, it's red. They are just a really faded red and for some reason the camera sees it as white.

So.......the real deal or fake? If I need to take more photos just let me know.

Welcome tp the Forum. From what you have shown, I would not have any reason to believe it is anything but a period item. To the best of my knowledge, no one is faking these large flags due to an abundance of genuine items and a general lack of demand.

Yes looks like a good original item as Bob has stated
