Not my field at all, but I really like that flag.
The SA under Rohm was renowned for taking the side of the workers and their unions, factory or otherwise, and would assist them by manning picket lines and beating up or 'dissuading' strike breakers during labour disputes. This flag would no doubt be a part of that system, although I guess it never came out the union offices cupboard much after 1934.......

Sorry guys, no direct or indirect connection to Ernst Röhm or the SA whatsoever.
This is a flag of the NSBO [Nationalsozialistische Betriebszellenorganisation = National Socialist Factory Cell Organization] as used by the "cell" at the Röhm Werkzeugfabrik [Röhm tool manufacturing company].
The company was founded in 1909 by Heinrich Röhm at Zella-Mehlis. Now headquartered at Sontheim, they are in still in business today.
The Röhm company's website:
RÖHM - Bohrfutter, Spitzen, Drehfutter, Schraubstöcke, Greiftechnik. Kraftspannfutter, Zylinder, Lünetten, Segmentspanndorne, Hülsenspanndorne, HSK-Werkzeugspannsysteme*-*Röhm Spannzeuge: Bohrfutter, Drehfutter, Spannzeuge
