A genuine period flag. the white spot is likely some form of damage as it would not be part of the original design. There appears to be two other pin head size white spots on the swastika. Possibly caused by some caustic substande being dripped on the flag.

Bob, i saw similar flag on some website and it had exactly same spot. It is perfectly in the middle on both sides

I have seen this before as well. It is a registration mark used to line up the two sided swastika disks perfectly. It was intended to be "filled" in after the flag was finished with the manufacturing process before being used. I believe these flags with the white dot to be unissued products.
