It is in very good condition,it is a veterans organization so not as "expensive" as most other banners...but its what YOU think of it..i personally dont consider price on a piece i like,and i never buy on what others like..we are all different..do these items have any attachment to you? or are you just looking to sell..if you are looking to sell,you would need to do research through some shops,as Bob stated (remembering they are "retail" prices) then if you wish you could advertise through the classifieds on this site
