Fire Police Office Wall Banner

I would like to put an offer for this flag for sale on waf forum but as always am checking first on this forum in case anyone spots any alarm bells! The construction looks good but I have never seen this type of flag before so any help is appreciated.

For me, the workmanship does not appear to be up to the quality of that found in the period. I also would not expect to see the insignia applied as it is.

Here's the reverse of a wall banner I know to be original. Construction is similar. The pictures of the Police banner lack close-up detail of the application but I'd prefer an in-hand inspection before relegating this to the limbo of the 4th Reich.
