Default The Flag That Never Was

About ten years ago, I had the opportunity to add this unusual flag to my collection. It is a proposed NSDAP Gaufahne. The corner patch holds the Gau name and is bordered in Gau Bordeaux colored tape. The piece is a manufacturer's probe pattern and was never issued.
The pole mounting rings were never attached. It is likely the Gaufahne were to be issued following the war. As of this time, I have never been able to find any further information on them.

Your opinion is incorrect. I have owned and handled many RZM probe pieces and the seals on this are unquestionable. The heavy paper tag is typical of the type of description cards found on probes. Th e piece is a unquestionable original.
