Folds, wrinkles in Flag...
I have my flag that has been stored awhile and have some folds, wrinkles and creases I am pondering as I prepare to display in my militaria room. Any suggestions, tricks, wisdom on how to care for them? Steamer, iron with damp towel, etc...All my armbands have been stored relatively flat but flag has a few folds

Spread it out on a table and have at it with the steam iron and damp towel...

Thanks William! That was my initial thought. Appreciate the validation.
In the meantime, get a tube or something to roll them while in storage. I have to do this with mine. Just keep forgetting...
My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

I have used those hand held steamers with great results to get wrinkles out of some of my WW2 USAAF shirts and ties that had been folded for years and I didn't want to risk a water stain so I used this method.
Just my 2 centavos on the subject.
