Looks to be a nice, period made flag. Price is fine.

Looks OK,but it`s so big you will have to use it as a tablecloth or a bedspread.

    Sounds good.
I'm not sure if I want to sell it, if I get it..
But are these flags rising ? (the price)

I was going to say that zwerge makes a good point, one should consider the size of this piece, as they are quite large and thus, not the easiest items to display. However, if you plan on selling it...it doesn't matter what size it is.

No, I'm not planning to sell it, just wonder if it is waste of money or that I should wait for a more "Minty" item

Given the size and condition of the banner I would conserve your funds for a better item.

It gives it character with the wear I like the look of it It would display well if you have a wall for your collection. You could use it as the background. Just an Idea. -Ben

Big flags are not quick sellers. I agree with Ade.
They are readily available and frankly, I think the big flags sell for far less than the small ones. At the price you quoted, I do not think there is any room to sell at a profit.
