    Hey,
The top Line reads clearly Gebrauchte Packmittel", that translates to "Used Packaging"
The second Line reads: "Alle hiermit zuletzt verpackten....", What
Means : "All Things recently packed herewith..."
I would agree that this is Just any german Stamp and Not related to anything from TR.
I don't think that they wrapped Something into their national Flag to ship it😉

Hello! Thank you Nr16Lueneburg for the translation! Here is one picture the flag what is here in Finland. I try and try,but i cannot read that, maybe because of German language. Its little bit more readable that Agitatorns photo. Can you translate more of that pic?
EDIT: I think there reads "Die hiermit zuletzt...." ??

Aah, now I can clearly read:

"Die hiermit zuletzt verpackten Güter sind
    mit der Eisenbahn befördert worden."

    What translates to:

    The Cargo, recently packed herewith,
    has Been transported by rail"

Than follows the Number, what could be a Date or something Like that, it could be the 20.05.1951.

I hope my Translation helps you a Bit.

    Mit kameradschaftlichen Grüßen!
