German flag and uv black light test

just picked up this podium banner and amd did the black light test on it. their are two small spots that glow under the light but anyway the flag looks real. what do you think?

Hi , perhaps the areas being picked up by the blacklight had been dabbed with detergent or some cleanser to remove a stain . I don`t believe the blacklight test is 100% foolproof , but is an added pointer to the age of a piece of material . It looks a nice banner ,
