Nice Stabsflaggen , from what I've read I'd say pre-war , 1st Bn. of 76th . But I'm only guessing .
I agree Chris, Angolia sites on page 555 of Volume 3, 'Uniforms & Traditions of the German Army 1933-45' (Bender Publishing):-
Battalion flags for battalions was triangular in shape, measured 30 x 40cm (20 x 30cm for vehicles) and was divided horizontally
in three bars of branch colour, black, branch colour. The black numbers were painted on the upper bar near the pole, separate battalions
with a number only or with letter plus number; battalions within a regiment with their Roman battalion number and the regimental number.
Examples" "II./10" - 2nd Battalion of Inf. Rgt 10; "P 15" - Anti Tank Bn 15.
This one would be 1st Battalion of Infantry Regiment 76, which was a part of the 20th Infantry Division.
