I would very much value opinions on these two pennants, the first looks to be from a section of bunting and the other purports to be an 1936 Olympic souvenir pennant sold at the games in Berlin. Any opinions would be most appreciated.

Anyone with any thoughts? I've my dipped my toe in to an area I'm not familar in and would really appreciate the knowledge of others.
