    Hi' everybody,

can somebody proof my opinion that this flag patch is from a
    SA Sturmfahne.
    Sturm 15 - Standarte 9...should be „Berlin-Steglitz“ (Gruppe Berlin-Brandenburg).

Yes, you are right. When the piping indeed is silver then Standarte 9 existed in the SA-group of Berlin-Brandenburg
in Brigade 30 (Berlin-West) and had it's headquarters at Berlin-Steglitz. This is according an address-list from 1935.
Since 1937 it was at Berlin-Lichterfelde.

    Hello Wilhelm,

first at all thanks for proving my opinion.

Just one more question about this flag / patch.

I think this is the NSDAP Ortsgruppenfahne of Hofstede/Riemke (two districts of the town of Bochum)
If this is right...what is the meaning of the "2"?

    Thanks in advance

The flag is NSBO, not NSDAP Ortsgruppen. Ortsgruppen corner patches were tan with light blue trim.

as Bob says: NSBO. They had a black patch with a white cord around
    and white lettering.

Concerns which had an NSBO-flag were to be categorized by the
Ortsgruppen-Amtsleiter by a number. I must admit I have never seen
a list with such numbers, related to a concern. But it is anyway a concern!

There is no collar tab shown here, but flag patches!
